Tell us when we get it wrong
Complaints are how we find the things nobody wanted to mention. You can raise something anonymously, and it will never affect the supports you or your person receive.
How to raise something
Call 0413 221 871 or email admin@wavesofability.com.au. If you’d rather not put your name to it, say so and we won’t record it.
What happens then
It goes to Chloe or Divya directly — there’s no queue and no complaints department. We’ll come back to you to confirm we’ve got it and tell you who is looking into it, and we’ll keep you posted until it’s sorted.
You can bring someone with you
You’re entitled to have an advocate, a family member or anyone else you trust speak on your behalf or sit in on any conversation about a complaint. You don’t need our permission and you don’t need to explain why.
If you’re not satisfied with us
You can go straight to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission — you don’t have to come to us first, and you don’t need our permission. Call 1800 035 544 or visit ndiscommission.gov.au.
